Squeak & Rattle

The AKE component test bench EvoCarb

Our three-dimensional high-power shaker component test bench

The test bench for vehicle components – our EvoCarb – impresses with its completely redesigned design and the increase in technical performance thanks to the carbon vibration table – which promises particularly effective buzz, squeak and rattle analyses.

The outstanding material properties of carbon fiber have a direct positive impact on our new component shaker. Thanks to the vibration table's low weight of just 20 kg, components with a higher weight can be tested.

Furthermore, the stiffness and high load-bearing capacity of carbon fiber ensure precise and exceptionally high force transmission to the component.

Thanks to the corrosion and climate resistance of the material used, as well as its dimensional stability under temperature changes, our component shaker is suitable for buzz, squeak, and rattle tests in climate chambers .

Despite its high performance, the EvoCarb almost silently . This allows for precise assessment of potential noise sources and offers our customers the opportunity to find solutions early on.

acoustic chambers specifically designed for noise analysis is ideal .

Shaker system for buzz, squeak, and rattle analysis of components

The components (such as seats and instrument panels) are excited on this shaker system either sequentially or simultaneously in three axes (XYZ) with time-history, random or synthetic signals .

Simultaneous three-dimensional excitation with 3 actuators instead of just one promises an even more realistic simulation of road profiles.
