They enable the precise analysis of background noise under realistic environmental conditions and create optimal conditions for reproducible and reliable results.
Sound measurement booths enable the precise measurement and evaluation of sound events or disturbance noise by combining a highly sound-insulating soundproof enclosure with an internal sound-absorbing lining.
The booths include highly sound-insulating wall and ceiling elements, high-quality soundproof doors with custom dimensions, LED lighting, supply and exhaust silencers, integrated cable ducts, and sound-attenuated cable penetrations.
The booths can be equipped with wedge absorbers for low-reflection sound measurement rooms or with flat absorbers for highly absorbing rooms.
Our partner TS-tech handles the turnkey construction of complete sound measurement booths. These booths provide the optimal environment for disturbance noise testing with AKE systems.
In the climate chamber, tests are possible under temperature conditions ranging from -40°C to +80°C . Thanks to its corrosion and climate resistance, the AKE system is ideally suited for use in climate chambers. Our actuators are designed for continuous operation under all climatic conditions. Even during 24-hour operation, our high-power shakers remain in their original condition, operate quietly, and maintain their optimal performance.
The compact design and resulting small installation space of our shakers significantly reduces the operating costs of the climate chamber, as the required chamber space is correspondingly smaller. Furthermore, the initial construction costs are comparatively low. Due to the climate resistance of our shakers, the actuators do not need to be embedded in the foundation; no excavation is required.
