Our patented system

The concrete result is a completely new, patented system for the chemical-free and energy-saving filtration and purification of wastewater. AKE handled the downstream processing of the membrane into a closed, tested filter package for this manufacturing process. The production plant processes continuous filter membranes into multi-layer filter modules , with automated cutting and edge via ultrasonic rotary cutting units . Handling of the filter sections and bonding of the connecting elements are carried out by robotic systems with modular gripper units .
