Our patented system

The concrete result is a completely new, patented system for the chemical-free and energy-saving filtration and purification of wastewater. AKE handled the downstream processing of the membrane into a closed, tested filter package for this manufacturing process. The production plant processes continuous filter membranes into multi-layer filter modules, with automated cutting and edge via ultrasonic rotary cutting units. Handling of the filter sections and bonding of the connecting elements are carried out by robotic systems with modular gripper units.
