As an expert in automation and robotics, AKE offers high-precision solutions for tape application. Our modular application systems enable the reliable processing of films, adhesive tapes, and foam tapes and can be flexibly integrated into various automation levels.

The application heads, developed in collaboration with tesa, enable the precise application of single- and double-sided adhesive tapes as well as electrically conductive tapes (ECT). Particularly with sensitive components, the systems ensure a highly controlled and stable process environment, allowing for precise, bubble-free, and reproducible tape application – even with complex geometries and demanding surface conditions. Advanced system design and optimized process coordination contribute to reliable performance and reproducible results over extended production runs. The systems are used in a wide variety of applications, such as displays, electronic control units, and other components where precision, repeatability, and process reliability are crucial for product quality.

For battery and high-voltage applications, AKE offers automated solutions for the application of tesa®^Box Seal tapes.
