Jointly developed solutions for the automotive and e-mobility industries

The successful collaboration between AKE technologies and NOFFZ Technologies is demonstrated in joint end-of-line testing solutions for applications in the automotive and e-mobility industries.

The implemented solutions include end-of-line testing applications for inverters and on-board chargers (OBCs) used in modern hybrid and electric vehicles. The testing technology provided by NOFFZ was seamlessly integrated into the system developed by AKE, thus enabling reliable quality control at the end of the production process.

Depending on the application, high-voltage and low-voltage tests, functional tests, and communication tests are performed. The product only leaves the facility after all test sequences have been successfully completed. Close technical collaboration has also enabled the successful implementation of customer-specific requirements, for example, in the areas of cybersecurity and safe voltage switching.
