AKE's AFC systems guarantee efficient coating of vehicle components thanks to their reproducible, process-optimized coating sequence without overspray. The integrated cleaning station with flow control ensures flawless production. Another advantage: the coating process eliminates the potentially costly manual application of felt strips or similar materials, offering our customers significant savings potential in part price calculations, even during the acquisition phase.

Depending on customer requirements, different system concepts are implemented. The AFC standard system with 12 integrated workpiece carriers guarantees fast processing of up to 12 different component variants at high throughput. For a smaller variety of variants, however, the AFC rotary indexing table is recommended – a compact, more economical solution with 4 integrated workpiece carriers.
The AFC clip system, a custom solution, combines the coating process with assembly operations and is ideally suited for processing door panels. A robot with a clip-type star ensures rapid processing. This system variant also offers efficient component coating and an integrated AFC service station.
