We are constantly faced with the challenge of developing new concepts and applications for our customers. It is often difficult to visualize assembly lines as they will actually be implemented. To facilitate this, we offer our employees and customers the opportunity to view our plant technology in 3D using virtual reality.

With this technology, assembly systems can be explored during the design phase, workstations can be assessed for ergonomics, and even entire assembly lines can be integrated into an existing hall layout previously recorded via 3D scans.

Our virtual reality system greatly simplifies concept presentation and evaluation. Together with our customers, we can immerse ourselves in the systems, review existing concepts, and then optimize them.

The technology also offers significant advantages during the design approval process. Together with our customers, we can walk through the systems station by station and thus evaluate the layout previously discussed on the computer in real size.

The virtual reality software we use allows us to optimize our systems and take preventative action during the concept development and design phases. Ultimately, our customers benefit from simplified coordination, less change management, and more sophisticated systems.
