Many thanks to our customers, business partners and the AKE team!

We look back on an eventful year 2017: numerous interesting projects, many special new customers, the major company expansion, international trade fair appearances and fun company events defined the year:

Right at the beginning of the year, we began expanding our Patriching site. To meet the continuously increasing order volumes of recent years, our plant had to be expanded with an additional assembly hall and a new office complex. The office floor was completed by the end of May, and work immediately continued on the assembly hall. This is now largely finished. In the new year, the renovation of the administration building will commence.

The highlights of the year were the opening of our testing laboratory in China and the inauguration of our service center in Romania. This allows us to be closer to our customers and further improve our support. Additional locations in the USA and Mexico are planned for the future.
Throughout the entire year 2017, we also presented our products at trade fairs worldwide: from Korea, through China, Sweden, Germany to England, we were represented at many events.

In 2017, we were able to acquire well-known suppliers and automotive manufacturers as new customers and find innovative solutions for our long-standing clients. From our patented standard solutions to completely new developments, the AKE brand is in higher demand than ever!

Besides work, our employees also had plenty of fun. The 24-hour charity marathon once again demonstrated the strong team spirit at AKE – we cycled for 24 hours for a good cause, constantly supported by numerous colleagues. This year's company outing in the summer also provided a welcome break from the daily grind.
We are now looking forward with great joy to the Christmas party on December 20th and the well-deserved company holiday until January 1st.
